Lingolego is a platform where creators share language courses, and learners like you can enjoy them. The app is free to use, but some courses may require payment, depending on the creator’s choice.

2. Your Account

• Creating an Account: You’ll need an account to access courses or create content. Please keep your login details safe—we’re not responsible if someone else uses your account because you left your password lying around.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Lingolego. If you’re under 18, please get permission from your parent or guardian.
• Accuracy: Make sure the details you provide during sign-up are accurate. If they aren’t, we might suspend your account.

3. For Learners

• Free and Paid Courses: Some courses are free, while others are paid. The price is set by the course creator, not us.
• Payments: If you purchase a paid course, you agree to pay the listed price. The availability and terms of refund will depend on each creator.
• Your Use of Courses: The courses you purchase are for your personal use only. Please don’t share or resell them.

4. For Creators

• Creating Courses: If you’re a creator, you’re responsible for the content you upload. Make sure it’s original and doesn’t violate anyone’s copyright or other rights.
• Setting Prices: You decide if your course is free or paid and set the price if it’s paid. Lingolego takes a small commission on paid courses to keep the platform running.
• Revenue Payouts: We’ll send your earnings to your account on a regular schedule. Keep your payment details updated so there aren’t any delays.

5. Our Role

Lingolego is a platform, not a content creator. We don’t vet or guarantee the quality of every course, though we aim to provide tools to help creators deliver great content.

6. Community Guidelines

We want Lingolego to be a positive space for learning. Please:

• Be respectful in all interactions.
• Avoid uploading inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Don’t use Lingolego for illegal activities.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Your Data

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Basically, we only use your data to make Lingolego work better for you, and we never sell it.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to keep things fair and relevant. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know. By continuing to use Lingolego, you agree to the updated terms.
